Sales and Marketing intern

The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting outreach and growth initiatives for Makan Rescue.

Day-to-day tasks include assisting with online and offline campaigns, contacting potential partner eateries and grocery stores, and helping manage merchant relationships. The intern will support sales activities such as lead generation, follow-ups, and basic reporting, as well as contribute to marketing content and social media efforts.

The role may also involve gathering customer feedback, participating in flagship events, and collaborating with team members to improve user engagement and brand visibility.

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with merchants and users.

Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management-related skills to support lead generation, outreach, and basic pipeline tracking.

Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, or online marketplace platforms is beneficial.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and adapt in a fast-growing startup environment.

Current student of any education level preferred.
